After a contract is drawn up and signed, 10% is required to book your start date. Payments are required on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
This depends on your project. Progress is normally slower when clients are still living in the home. We understand that you may not be able to sort alternative accommodation and so we will make sure your home is protected and covered along the way, cleaning as we go. If you have children, we advise you to make sure they have at least one safe room to play in. You’ll need much patience but when all is finished, you’ll appreciate the project more seeing it done stage by stage.
